Online coaching has started
I have just sent out my first lot of instructions for my new online coaching clients. I am looking forward to smashing some goals in the near future. If you have considered a personal trainer or fitness coach before drop me an email and I will send over some information on what services are available.

New personal training service
For the last couple of years I have followed the same model within personal training which is one-on-one in my local gym. However I have had several requests to do short term personal training sessions and online training and this is the first step in that direction to see if there is a need for it and how it would work in the long run. I have decided to take on a small number of clients (5) which the main contact will be via email. If you or someone you know are interested in this service please send me an email and I will explain the details.
The fee for this service will obviously be lower than the one for normal personal training and would involve up to three contact sessions per week. For the initial sessions there will be pre-screening questionnaires and nutrition history so I can build a picture of who you are. I then will make a program for you to bring to your local gym. After the first week or two I will incorporate a diet which will be made based on those questionnaires that you have returned to me. The diet will be as personal as I can and rather than a strict "one-way-street" it will be a growing over time to be fine tuned to your lifestyle and exercise regime.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
