I haven't written for a while and don't really have an excuse for it either. Today there is only 2 sleeps until Sydney University Lions roll into the grand final of the 2011 american football season. As I have mentioned before, this was my first season playing defence. At first I was a bit bored but as soon as the scheme got in place the the assignment drilled I liked my position as a defensive end more and more.
It has been a physical season and now there is only one more game to go. On saturday we will take on West Sydney Pirates with one goal in mind, to dominate the game.
As christmas is getting closer the gym in getting more and more hectic. People who is doing their best to get into shape for the beach. I have personally been training for strength and power and is looking forward to working with a different goal in mind. I am currently 95 kg which is a bit on the heavy side for me, especially with modelling in mind. I will start more cardio and try to build a bit of a thinner physique. I won't say leaner as my last DEXA scan showed 8.2% which is pretty lean still.
I also have my free diving goal coming up. 100 DYN which I have already done, 40 m CWT (currently on 29 m) and 5 min STA( currently on 4.25 min) End of february is the goal so I got plenty of work to do.
I am also thinking about starting a pod cast based on exercise and diet but is not sure what the response would be. I was thinking about doing a couple of videos to start of with.
New year, new phase, new quests now all I have to do is execute.
