Personal training update

Halfway through the year and as you know, great beach bodies are built in winter. As a couple of long term clients have moved interstate/overseas I now got a few prime spots available.

If you are interested in personal training and getting fit for summer please let me know. I got a couple of 6 or 7 am starts and also 5.30 pm onwards.

Bring back the buff!

Weekend treat

I was supposed to make a pizza with a nice chunk of venison back strap but my dog thought different. I was stupid enough to leave it unattended for a second and 750 grams of venison back strap ended up in Hua the ridgeback's stomach.

However I had some round steaks in the fridge as well so my Friday night meal was a venison pizza from scratch. Cooked a fresh tomato sauce, seared venison, and a soft dough made with fresh yeast. Yummy and semi-healthy

Back on the grid...

I just got back from a week in the Alpine national park, Victoria, Australia. Got to love the Australian bush. Even though temperature was sub zero I had a great time and is already planning for a return... This time in spring.
