For the moment I am training pretty hard. Four days a week I train with my fiancee Camille in the gym working on strength and building some quality lean muscle mass. Once or twice a week I either run with my dogs or do some 30/30 sprints to keep lean and fit. Twice a week a am doing my free diving which let's face it... isn't that pleasurable as I am working on CO2 tables and endurance dynamics. You who free dive know what I am talking about. Ouch!
So to create a bit of balance in my life and help my aching body I have decided to start a yoga routine. I will start once or twice a week and see how it goes. Just about to get changed and head to the gym for my first session
