Time... if I only had 48 hours per day :)
I have had a pretty busy time lately. Working in the gym, doing some modeling and at the same time trying to raise two rambunctious puppies takes it's toll. Then add that the gridiron season is coming up so I have just started my pre-season workouts to get the most of the power training that lays ahead.
6 weeks of normal but hard hypertrophy training (minus some calories to getting a bit more cut for works sake) then another 12 weeks of power speed training before our first scrimmage. The only sport specific training I have done over the last couple of months has been this TV commercial where I had to wear football gear for half a second or so. :)
Time to get some well deserved rest after a massive back session earlier tonight.
