New supplement review
As you know I am a big fan of Dymatize products even though there have been some changes of late which I did not agree with. However today I picked up a sample pack of their new protein Fusion 7. Flavor was chocolate peanut butter.
The combination of several different protein which absorb at different rates make this protein ideal for breakfast or as a snack during the day. They have added extra fiber and some healthy fats in form of MCT's and CLA to further slow down the absorption process.
Taste was ok but not brilliant. Not too sweet as many American brands are. The texture is smooth without being too thick when mixed in water. Skim milk would make the product a bit thinner.
Fusion 7 get a pass in my books and will make a great alternative for a mid morning snack on the run to an affordable price. One of the benefits of Dymatize proteins is the huge variety of flavors when you are sick of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry.
